飲茶是源自廣州的飲食模式，是粵式飲食文化的一大特色。「飲杯茶食個包」、「一盅兩件」，相信已深入大部份港人的DNA。節目透過不同主題，尋找點心的前世今生，溯源廣式茶樓歷史，主持羅家英、馮盈盈、關楓馨引領觀眾穿梭香港與廣州，走訪舊式及新式茶樓，探訪點心師傅、獲獎大廚、酒樓負責人與掌故專家等，由傳統到新派點心，分享並介紹多款美點的故事和人情味，讓大家進一步了解飲茶文化。
