　　现年45岁的高中教师张幸福（许晴 饰）人如其名，如果没有后来的遭遇，她真可谓是确凿无误的人生赢家。幸福面容姣好，早在大学时代就是众人追捧的校花。而今嫁为人妇，依然享受着旁人欣羡的目光。她的丈夫马三强（林永健 饰）是某电视台知名主持人，在观众中备受欢迎。儿子学业有成，考上重点大学的王牌专业，更作为交换生前往麻省理工。可就在某天，身为医生的初恋男友严俊（温升豪 饰）向她告知一个可怕的事实：美丽罹患了严重的乳腺癌。这个消息宛如晴天霹雳，使美丽彻底惊呆。然而这还只是一连串塌方事件的开始，接下来家人的事业、健康乃至生活种种都出现了问题。
